Ebonised Bell Top Bracket Clock by George Turner : London

A break arch dial with applied corner spandrels, brass silvered chapter ring, date aperture and strike/silent ring in the arch. Blued steel hands and signed on a silvered brass cartouch, John Turner : London. Standing 19 1/2 inches high with double fusee original verge movement, rack striking and sounding the hours on a single bell. With knife edge suspension and profusely engraved backplate.
